It began with our dad, Piero Rosaspina, an Italian immigrant who dared to dream big and open a restaurant (Livorno in Greenwich Village) without any cooking or business experience. The young staff he hired contributed their own family recipes, regional flair and unforgettable personalities to the dining experience, making a long-lasting impression with the guests from near and far.
For over 20 years, the customers and staff have become friends and family who are so loyal that when our dad sold that restaurant and opened Piero’s closer to home here in Westchester, they all followed. That’s a real testament to how much bigger this was than just serving the best Chicken Parm. It was about the people too.
Today
Our family-run Italian restaurant has stayed true to its original form. We serve the same traditional dishes that have delighted customers for over 45 years with original staff who have known many of us since we were knee-high.
People come from all over Westchester, Connecticut and New York City to enjoy dishes like our famous Chicken Scarpariello on the bone and to relax through a leisurely meal with the extended Piero family.
When we open our doors each night, everyone is welcome. It is with pride that we have become your trusted, familiar place where you can catch up with old friends, celebrate family milestones and feel a part of Piero’s family.
We look forward to seeing you soon,
The Rosaspina Brothers, Andre & Peter
